Chicken Quesadillas Illness - Taco Bell, Roseburg Oregon

On 2/19/19, I ate 2 chicken quesadillas for lunch. 4-5 hours later, I began having intense stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, extreme hot and cold spells, and diarrhea, that lasted for approximately 8 hours before I was able to hold down small amounts of water. My wife wanted me to go to the emergency room.

I am pretty sure it was the taco bell because my family and I all ate the same thing for breakfast on 2/19, and dinner, and lunch, and breakfast the previous day of 2/18, and nobody else has been sick including my small child and pregnant wife | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
