On 2/19/19, I ate 2 chicken quesadillas for lunch. 4-5 hours later, I began having intense stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, extreme hot and cold spells, and diarrhea, that lasted for approximately 8 hours before I was able to hold down small amounts of water. My wife wanted me to go to the emergency room.I am pretty sure it was the taco bell because my family and I all ate the same thing for breakfast on 2/19, and dinner, and lunch, and breakfast the previous day of 2/18, and nobody else has been sick including my small child and pregnant wife | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
