I am pregnant and know I shouldn't be eating Taco Bell but I was hungry and sounded good within 10 minutes of eating my food I get horrible stomach pains and go to the bathroom where I am stuck in there for over 3 hours vomiting and having the worst diarrhea I have ever had I've been up all night in so much pain that if it doesn't stop soon I will be forced to go to the hospital just so I make sure my baby is alright. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
