During lunch break I went to taco bell and had two doritos loco tacos along with a quesadilla from the dollar menu around 7:00 pm Saturday May 27, 2017. The next day I went to work and felt extremely nauseous. I had to be sent home because I was throwing up, had an upset stomach, headache and diahrrea. Upon being at home I got a fever was feeling hot and cold with chills and a very sore body. I will never eat at another taco bell establishment ever again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills, Soreness
