Sigh, I regret eating Taco Bell, once again.Ordered a quick $5 build your own box because I was really hungry at 3am. Yep, never doing that again - I've been up for 27 hours without sleep because of diarrhea, vomiting, nausea, headache. Why the hell did I bother going to Taco Bell again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache
