Quesadilla Leftovers Illness - Taco Bell, Ewa Beach Hawaii

Had a leftover quesadilla that has been in the fridge after purchase at 5:40 pm since yesterday night. Ate it during lunch at 11:30 am after air frying the meal for 3 minutes at 375f. Did not eat anything else for the rest of the day. Started experiencing nausea at 5 pm followed by stomach pressure. At 8 pm first vomit occurs. 2nd and 3rd at 10:20 pm. Typing this out at 10:40 pm.

Food was properly stored in refrigerator, suspected food is contaminated at their site. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Nausea
