I am writing to report a serious incident that occurred on 19/04/25 following my visit to Taco Bell at approximately 11:00 AM. I ordered a meal which I noticed was served cold, but did not think much of it at the time.However, within 10–11 hours of consuming the food, I began experiencing excruciating stomach cramps, followed by nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. I woke up in the early hours of the next morning feeling extremely unwell and unable to eat or even drink properly due to the persistent symptoms. I have been vomiting frequently and feeling absolutely terrible ever since.
Although it may have been a virus or something unrelated, the timing is suspiciously close to when I ate at your restaurant, and given that the food was served cold, I feel compelled to raise this concern. I’ve never felt this ill before, and I want to ensure this is taken seriously to avoid anyone else having a similar experience.
For the sake of food safety and customer health, I hope this report prompts an internal review of food handling and hygiene practices at your branch. I do not intend to return after this incident. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
