Taco supreme and nachos / my neighbor had nachos 3 days ago with same problem  It took 4 hours to start throwing up but immediately felt uncomfortable in my stomach. Uncontrollable vomiting and diarrhea for 7 hours now. About every 5-20mins  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain
