august 29 2017 around 7pm went to taco bell to get food for the family. I had the beefy 5 layered burrito. we all ate and were done around 8pm, as i begin to lay down i notice i became very nasaeus and thirsty, then a headache came on while sleeping woke up in the middle of the night with chills, fever, weakness and diarrhea in the morning. I was the only one sick, the food i had must of been contaminated by lord knows what. That was the worst experience in my life, i thought I was dying, i could barely take care of my 20 month old child. the headache pain was like i had a knife stuck in the right side of my had. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Weakness, Chills
