My husband had i tlast night around 9pm. He had the nachos bell grande and a soft taco. Around 2am in the morning he woke up with severe nausea. He has been throwing up, having diarrhea, and chills since then. It is now 10am the following morning. He’s had such severe stomach pains that we may have to take him to the emergency room. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain
