I usually eat Taco Bell regularly, but yesterday (08/02/2018) I ordered a Shredded Chicken Burrito, and Nachos Supreme. I asked for extra cheesy dipping sauce for my nachos and they put it on the side. I ate it that night, and I woke up with extreme stomach pain followed my diarrhea. I won't be eating Taco Bell again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
