I order the new chicken shell $5 box around 1030pm Friday night and went to sleep. I woke up around 7am Saturday morning with diarrhea and vomiting. As the day went by I got worse with fever and abdominal pain. Nothing I drank stayed in or down. Now I'm very dehydrated and weak. I couldn't take care of my 20 month old son. Was so out of it I could move to see a doctor. Spoke to my uncle who is a medical doctor who told me to keep drinking fluids to get the food out of my system. It's Sunday 1230am and I'm still weak last puke and diarrhea was around 6-7pm Saturday. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Other, Dehydration, Weakness, Stomach Pain
