I am a frequent customer of Taco Bell but this was my first time ordering food from this location. I orderedate dinner went home and went to bed... FYI The food was sloppily put together and it didnt taste as fresh as other locationsIve visited...but Id never gotten sick from Taco Bell food...so I ate it. Big mistake. I woke up in the middle of the night with SEVERE abdominalintestinal cramping explosive diarrhea fever and chills. Its been almost 24 hours since I ate this food and now Im seeing bright red bloody mucus in my stool. Feeling dehydrated as well. Im now sitting in the waiting room of an urgent care after hours clinic. I missed work today and as a single mom this is not an option ....NEVER AGAIN will I EVER eat Taco Bell again This visit ruined it for me FOREVER. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps, Dehydration, Chills, Mucus in Stools
