Food Safety Report: Taco Bell, Socastee Boulevard, Myrtle Beach, SC, United States.

Taco Bell, Socastee Boulevard, Myrtle Beach, SC, United States

4720 Socastee Boulevard, Myrtle Beach, 29588 South Carolina, United States

The only food that day that I had, within 24 hours I had a low grade fever and diarrhea. Severe intestinal pains that lasted for over 24 hours (almost as bad as labor pains). The diarrhea caused me to have anal tearing, which was diagnosed by my OBGYN since I am 8 weeks pregnant. The worst pain in my life was labor, this was a close second. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
