Had 2 crunchy tacos and a 5 layer burrito about 7pm. Didn't feel great, and it wasn't the usual post taco bell blahs. Woke up in the middle of the night with horrible diarrhea. Had it almost hourly through night and morning, by 8am got fever, chills, severe nausea, woozy, couldn't think straight. Lasted several hours. Now I have a headache and haven't had diarrhea again yet but my guts are not happy. Will go to the doctor if it persists but is definitely from the food. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Headache, Chills
