My girlfriend insisted on going to Taco Bell late last night (around 10:30 or so) and we both got our usual stuff. A quesadilla, mini quesadilla, a couple burritos, and a spicy tostada. The symptoms started for me around 2:30 AM this morning, and I woke up every 2 hours to puke for about 20 minutes at a time. I have cold chills and a fever, and I can’t keep anything down, not even the slightest bit of water. Which is tragic, because I am extremely dehydrated now. My girlfriend is having the same nausea and vomiting, not sure about the fever and chills. It just hit here a little bit ago (around 9:45 AM). | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Chills
