Nachos Trigger ER Visit - Taco Bell, Pikeville Kentucky

Grande Nachos $5 box. Ate food in afternoon. Terrible stomach pain later same night. Next day seemed o.k. but following day started having uncontrolable diarrhea. After 3 days of nonstop diarrhea went to ER. Had become dehydrated with renal failure. Body was in shock. Had to remain hospitalized for 4 days. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Dehydration, Stomach Pain
