Had the $5 Chalupa Box, and ate the Chalupa last. The lettuce was mushy, but I didn't realize until after the meal was done and I was trying to eat the random toppings that were on the wrappers. Less than an hour later, I had nausea, a coughing fit, and diarrhea that lasted under 2 hours. I felt the urge to vomit, but couldn't get it out despite trying. I went to sleep, woke up 9 hours later, and have a mild pain in my chest below my left breast and a bad cough, but the other symptoms have subsided. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other, Cough
