Order chicken tacos and a Diet Coke. Within 10 hours started getting stomach cramps, then started vomiting with fever 102.9. Within 72 hours fever broke. The stomach cramps are there. I lost two days of work. Luckily it is a long weekend. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Fever, Cramps
