I went to taco belle late last night, I had a cheesy gordita crunch and a beefy 5 layer. I woke up the next morning bloated. Once I got home I was vomiting frequently with chills, the diarrhea set in not long after. The whole day I couldn't keep any liquids down except for small amounts of ice. Not a pleasant day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Bloating, Chills
