Additional information: I felt fine before eating and it began an hour after and it was violently begun. I felt fine and then I ate Taco Bell from Raleigh hills Oregon and an hour later, I became violently ill. Vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain, aches chills and fever. I ended up in the ER overnight and I’m still feeling sick. I e been told that it’s food poisoning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
