Food Safety Report: Taco Bell.

I ate two chicken soft tacos and nachos around 11pm. Woke up around 5am and threw it all up. This is the second time I have gotten food poisoning from Taco Bell. I should of learned the first time. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
