Repeat Illness: Chick Star - Taco Bell,

On April 22, 2015, at approximately 3:00 p.m., I ordered a Bacon Ranch Chick Star. At approximately 8:00 p.m., I began to have stomach cramps, dizziness, headache, and severe diarrhea. This persisted until the afternoon of the next day. I was too ill to go to work. I began to feel better in the afternoon and knew that I needed to eat something. Without knowing that it was the Chick Star that cause the illness, I ordered another one and got the same symptoms from the previous day. I missed 2 days out of work. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache, Dizziness
