Suspected Chemical Contamination - Taco Bell, Tempe Arizona

I feel that the food was either purposedly tampered with or they contaminated it with the cleaning chemicals that were out next to the food. My friend and I each ordered 1 meximelt and both began vomiting within an hour of eating. Normally I wouldn't of thought food poisoning because it happened so soon after eating, but clearly it is since that was the only thing she and I ate in common that day and the illness arrived at the same time. I was weak and dizzy and vomiting most the day, when. I was able to go to ER I did and they confirmed food poisoning. Reported to the health inspector's office and taco bell corp. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Weakness
