Came into the Taco Bell on trosper rd on 1-27-17 at around 8pm and ordered 2 beefy frito burritos for take out to eat on my drive to Oregon. Felt fine until around midnight, then started feeling very nauseous, stomach was feeling bloated and belching quite a bit. Within 20 mins from then I was vomiting a painful bile, which looked similar to the mild sauce I used on the burritos. The nausea and vomiting continued throughout the night and as of 1pm on 1-28-17, still feeling some symptoms and have no appetite. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating, Stomach Pain, Burping, Bile, Loss of Appetite
