Crunchwrap Illness: Severe Symptoms - Taco Bell, Edwardsville Illinois

I ate a crunchwrap supreme around noon on Friday, October 11th. Around 5:30, I began projectile vomiting, and I was sent home from work. I could not keep anything down, including water, and I had terrible watery stools. My fever was 101.3. I had cramps so painful it felt as if I were getting stabbed in my stomach. It is now sunday, Oct 13th, and I am still experiencing the cramps, vomiting, and diarrhea, just with less intensity.
