I ordered nachos supreme, a crunchwrap supreme, and a hard shell taco. About an hour later I started feeling nauseous. Shortly after that I started vomiting and getting the l chills. I vomited about ten times, after that I started having diarrhea. Could not go far away from the toilet and continued to have vomiting and diarrhea for the next 24 hours. Became very dehydrated to the point of passing out. Had a fever as well as chills through out the day. Talked to a friend who is a doctor and he said that that sounded like food poisoning. My brother has been sick from eating at this location in the past. Maybe someone should check this out. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dehydration, Chills
