I ate a Mexican pizza that had a very bitter taste. I couldn't finish it because of the taste. I had ordered two of them so I tried the second one and the second tasted the same. Within hours I had heartburn, was vomiting and have had non stop diarrhea for almost 7 hours. That was the only thing I had eaten in the day and no one else was sick in the house. I should add that I'm a regular at here and have never had any issues so this is extremely abnormal. I also rarely get heartburn and never have from here. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Heartburn
