Tuesday evening my wife and I got dinner here. 2 Crunchwrap supremes later and I've been in the bathroom ever since. Violent vomiting and diarrhea to the point that now it hurts to sit. I haven't been able to eat anything other than toast since then. Everything just comes back out one way or another. This is the second occurrence in 2 weeks with this location. The week prior it was the same Crunchwrap supreme but that time it was only diarrhea for a few days. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills
