I ate Taco Bell's #6 yesterday for lunch and didn't have anything else that day, so I know the chalupas were the cause. I experienced severe stomach pain, extreme bloating, diarrhea, fever, and nausea accompanied with vomiting the following night. I have been unable to eat anything today.
