Fast Food Fatigue & Nausea - Taco Bell, Hampstead North Carolina

I ate a chicken quesadilla, a little bit of a nacho box, and cherry pepsi on 9/16/20 around 10pm or so. About 25-30 minutes later, I had severe abdominal/rectum pains followed by horrible diarrhea. Slight nausea and sensitivity to food, fatigue, and occasional diarrhea ever since. It’s been about 3 days. I’ll never eat fast food again | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other, Fatigue, Stomach Pain
