On April 7th at 1:00 am , My friend picked up taco bell located on veterans memorial blvd . . She orderd melty nachos and a cheesy gordita crunch . Approximatly 5 hours later she awoke to strong abdominal pain accompanied buy vomiting , cold sweats , bloody dhiarriah and chills . She was admitted to east jefferson hospital emergency room for treatment and was diagnosed with possible food poisoning or viral gastroenteritis. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Sweating, Stomach Pain, Gas, Chills
