Food Safety Report: Taco Bell.

Ordered am crunch wrap and volcano box at 11am October 24th. Got sick at 7 pm and had no there food since that time. I'm her fiance. She's so sick I'm reporting it. I had to run to Walmart to purchase pedialite, nauzene, and crackers to help. If not well by mourning we will seek MD. Stay away!!! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
