Taco Bell
Girlfriend and I had Taco Bell at about 9pm. Girlfriend ate a piece of a chicken quesadilla and was up at 3:30am with stomach pains and minor diarrhea. I had 2 tacos and some quesadilla now vomiting and diarrhea all day long. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
