Taco Combo Triggers Illness - Taco Bell, Phoenix Arizona

I had a beer supreme chalupa and a soft taco supreme around 7pm on August 6, 2019 and started feeling nauseous around 8:30pm. Around 9pm I vomited 5 or 6 times, then had several bouts of diarrhea while simultaneously vomiting. After that calmed down I slept for a few hours, waking around 1am to repeat the process of vomiting and diarrhea, all the while running a temperature and feeling nauseous and sore. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Soreness
