Additional information: I got food from Taco Bell late last night, three crunchy taco supreme with refried beans (no meat) and a chalupa supreme with black beans ( no meat). Early this morning I had intense diarrhea, nausea and wasn't able to eat throughout the day. Ive thrown up a few times, have chills and a headache and abdominal cramps, and feel terrible. I never eat at Taco Bell; stomach pain still very nauseous, vomiting and very runny stools.
