On 1/9/21 I ordered nachos bell grande combo with hardshell taco. My grandson had hard shell tacos. I was awakened at 5am with diarrhea and stomach cramping. I took Imodium to allow for me to continue my day, but I had another bout with diarrhea. Throughout the day I did not have an appetite and continued with the stomach cramping and now dry mouth. My 8yo grandson developed diarrhea around 6pm on 1/10/21 and tummy aches. I did had to take off from work on Monday as my energy level was still not 100% | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Stomach Pain
