Crunch Wraps Cause Distress - Taco Bell, Glendale California

My sister ordered the food for me on her way home at 1030pm. After consuming one and a half crunch wraps I stated that it did not taste right, as if taco bell standards had fallen since the last time we had it. Within 30 minutes I felt nausea creeping on. Shortly after the vomiting started. From the duration of 11pm until 430am I vomited non stop and dry heaved in my bed, not once slept. I started seeing things and praying to God for it to stop. In between heaving I had sharp stabbing gut pains and cramping. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
