Triple Double Crunchwrap Combo, started off with stomach pain (at first we thought it was cramps) then we felt Nauseous and we ended up have diarrhea then starting vomiting , went to a doctor and turns out it was food poisoning | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
