My son ordered the nacho fry box. He ate everything, except for the Beefy 5layer burrito he only took a few bites because it had an odd taste. That fry box is his favorite. But something was wrong this time. Because about 1 hour and a half later he was very ill, nauseated, stomach pain. I gave him meds but 30 minutes later he still vomitted everywhere. He continued feeling ill for the next day. Once he pooped and vomitted all of the Bacteria out he finally started feeling better. It was really scary I almost took him to the ER. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
