I ate Taco Bell at home from a drivethru at around 7p.m. Wednesday March 28th. I ordered a mini chicken quesadilla which I believe to be the culprit and a cheesy gordita crunch taco. My symptoms started showing while I tried to sleep 12a.m.-2a.m. with my stomach cramping and making loud gurgling noises. The cramps continued and I threw up for the first time at around 4:20a.m.. Past this point I've thrown up about a dozen times and had diarrhea starting at about 10:00a.m. My stomach cramps have lessened but are continuing. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
