12am Friday July 19 2019 I ate a crunch wrap supreme and nachos. Around 2 am I started feeling nauseous. So I went to bed I woke up at 730 am and I felt terrible cold sweats hot shaking headache dizzy extremely nauseated and awful strong sharp stomach pains and cramps 8 am I was vomiting I couldn’t hold liquids down I stayed in my bathroom for hours. 12pm I had diarrhea!
