Ordered soft taco supremes and fiesta potatos fifteen min after eating I vomited all up three times. I went home early from work. Next day very fatigue loss of appetite, later that day stomach still up set took tumbs and maybe half and hour after that I threw up again (Taco Bell) something not right about food | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fatigue, Loss of Appetite
