Ate Taco Bell around 7pm. Stomach pain woke me up at 2 in the morning. At first I thought I had diarrhea, but a couple of hours later I started throwing up everything. I still felt sick afterwards and was back on the toilet then finally after a couple of more hours I finally threw up again! I felt so relived after I threw up the second time. Im done eating Taco Bell forever. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
