Friday, Sept 28, 2018. Late dinner, ordered the Combo Plate with both red and green chili. My brother also ordered the Combo Plate, but with green chili only and did not get sick. Symptoms started immediately when I woke up the next day- achy/nausea/stomach pain. Vomiting by afternoon and up all night vomiting. By Sunday, vomiting has stopped and horrible diarrhea set in and has been going into today, Wednesday Oct 3. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
