I need to report the green souce. It made me sick. And everybody on your side been sick with Green souce, so I want to report it and get it to CDC or whoever to let them know that Green souce is making people sick. I had throwing up and diarrhea. Stomach was tinder for a couple of days. I have noticed their has been outbreaks across the country at different locations at different restaurants and they had all eaten green chili sauce. I hope someone will investigate and can find out what the heck is going on. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
