I think it came from the ground beef as I had a ground beef burrito. When first started eating it, I could tell that something was "off" but I didn't really think too much about it. I instantly had a lot of what felt like bottled up painful gas towards the top of my stomach. I only ended up eating 1/2 of the burrito and by the time I got home (about an hour later), I was experiencing chills, severe stomach cramps, painful trapped gas, and muscle weakness. Watery diarrhea started a few hours later and lasted for the next 2 days. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Weakness, Chills, Gas
