Ate soft taco from taco time around 925pm and 2 hrs later felt nauseous and had uncontrollable belching until suddenly had the urge to vomit, went to bathroom and vomited violently 3 times which wss followed by intense pain in upper right abdomen | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Burping
