Was doing well in the country with no issues. Went there in Jaco on the main strip. Ordered mahi mahi fried and grilled tacos. Used condiment salsa from the salad bar. The next day ended up with severe body aches, stomach cramps, fevers, and incessant diarrhea, along with the chills. Back half of trip was obliterated and relegated to the hotel restroom. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Body Ache
