Suspected source: Meat tacos
Onset: Less than 4 hours

Additional information: Ate a couple of tacos at lunch time and was feeling extremely nauseous by 4pm. Chills and muscle aches throughout the evening. Watery diarrhea during the night. Still a bit queasy in the morning | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
