Family Illness Post-Cabo Meal - Tacos Gardenias, Cabo San Lucas Baja California Sur

Not real sure - something I ate in cabo  My entire family ate , within 4-5 hours I felt “heartburn “ I came back to room and got some tums. Within 10 minutes after that I started violently vomiting , nausea , and then the diarrhea started. It continued all night . Horrible Headache now to follow  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Other, Heartburn
